Terms of Service

These terms govern access to BoardPilot and set the expectations for using the platform responsibly.

Last updated: April 13, 2026

Educational use

BoardPilot is an educational study platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government licensing authority, and it does not provide official exam materials or official guidance. Users are responsible for verifying important information through trusted academic or professional sources.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. BoardPilot may suspend or restrict access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect the platform, or comply with legal obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, scrape protected content at scale, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive material. We may remove content or limit access if those rules are violated.

AI and study content

BoardPilot may offer AI-assisted explanations, practice questions, and study guidance. Those outputs can be imperfect, incomplete, or outdated, so they should be treated as supplemental learning support rather than authoritative advice. Use of AI-generated material is at your own discretion.

Monetization and paid features

BoardPilot may display ads on selected public pages and may offer paid subscriptions or other premium services. If billing is enabled, additional purchase terms, pricing, renewal details, and cancellation rules may apply at checkout or in your account settings.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BoardPilot after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact support@boardpilot.ph.
